Automeasify first aim was to help in small IT Infrastructure tasks with the power of powershell scripts. Automeasify PE or Powershell edition aim is to give experts a tool in the daily operation which can automate a lot of repetative task, or even save time doing configuration
Project Goals
Main goal was simple, automate with one click. Of course this needs time to be prepared and scripted in a lot of way, but after one script you can use it infinitly.
Problems
- SLA metrics for business are bad” (response and resolution)
- Everyone want it to be done yesterday
- We have 2x times the tickets as last year, but we will have 1 new position
- This project created 20 ticket, it is an hour to document it.
- Not worth to run script and add the inputs manually
