Brand Overview

Pretty simple, request from one of my client was to make life easier, with digitalization. Create an application where, tenants could upload and manage monthly usages.

Project Goals

Most important goal was to easily manage it on the cloud. With a simple dashboard and live functions, if a picture or usage is wrong, ask for new one from a backend dashboard. Collecting images and statistics without a big and hard excel.

Problems

  1. Everything is undocumented
  2. One excel where everything stays
  3. To much work to take pictures in 50 different location
  4. Time consuming
  5. Could be problems or payment highrise

  2. Digital place with a simple dashboard
  3. View all uploads and export it easily
